  • Sales Executive (Experience Required : Min. 1 year/fresher)Function - Sales

    Job Responsibilites

    • Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification
    • Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product
    • Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product as per their needs
    • Ensuring minimum targets are met with added incentives
    • Participating in public relations activities in liaison with the PR Team to ensure contacts are made and to give Helpost products maximum exposure.
    • Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients
    • Reviewing their own performance and aim at exceeding their targets

  • Sales Lead (Experience Required : Min. 3 years) Function - Sales

    Job Responsibilites

    • Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting and selling the products
    • Identify the niche market for the products
    • Conducts one-on-one and group sales presentation
    • Collaborate with sales executives to maximise sales revenues and meet corporate objectives
    • Manage personnel and develops sales and sales support staff
    • Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with the client
    • Imitating and implementing the existing sales model in the new cities
    • Provide strong leadership and management of the sales team
    • Set a clear direction for the team and ensure priorities are clear at all times
    • Venturing out to new cities to uncover new business leads
    • Holds regular meetings with sales staff to monitor performance

  • Administrative Executive (Experience Required : Min. 1 year) Function - Accounts and Administration

    Job Responsibilites

    • Adept at managing the day-to-day operations of the office
    • Organizing and maintaining files and records
    • Conducting the joining and exit formalities
    • Planning and preparing monthly reports pertaining to finance required for running operations
    • Monitor all Statutory Compliance areas
    • Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees
    • Specialisation in handling back office operations, monthly billing, cheques etc.
    • Ability to handle aspects/work of sensitive, complex, and confidential nature

    Skills required

    • Proven front desk handling skills, demonstrated ability to handle phone calls and correspondence effectively.
    • Competent in basic computer operations and proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
    • Operational knowledge of the functioning of various office equipment including scanners and photocopiers.
